No member of the Board of Directors may receive compensation for anything other that reimbursement for reasonable expenses in the performance of his or her duties. The Board of Directors shall not have the authority to override this provision, in spite of any language in the Indiana Code to the contrary. Any actions to override this provision shall be deemed an act of misfeasance and grounds for removal from the Board of Directors by the Mayor.
