§ 32.16 MEMBERS.
   The members of the Board of Public Works and Safety are the Mayor and two persons appointed by the Mayor. A member may hold other appointive positions in city government during his or her tenure. The City Clerk-Treasurer is the Clerk of the Board pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-8.
