§ 32.01 CITY DEPARTMENTS ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

   (A)   Departments established. The following departments are hereby established in the city.

      (1)   Police Department.

      (2)   Street and Sanitation Department.

      (3)   Utility Department.

      (4)   Fire Department.

      (5)   Department of Parks and Recreation.

      (6)   Department of Law.

      (7)   Department of Finance.

      (8)   Department of Animal Control.

   (B)   Powers and duties. The departments established by division (A) above shall perform the administrative functions assigned to them by statute and ordinance.
