§ 30.161 PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE.
   (A)   At its first regular meeting after a city election, which meeting shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday in January, and on the first Tuesday of each succeeding January, the Council shall elect from its membership, a President Pro Tempore.
   (B)   The President Pro-Tempore shall preside at all meetings when the Mayor is absent.
