A person found in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and subject to the following fines:
A. First Offense - twenty five dollars ($25.00).
B. Second Offense - fifty dollars ($50.00).
C. Third Offense - one hundred dollars ($100.00).
D. A fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense thereafter. (Ord. 19-503, 5-14-2019)
