There is hereby established a city of Rupert finance committee as a standing city committee for the purpose of providing review and recommendations regarding significant city financial policies, city budgets, and auditing procedures. The finance committee shall also act as the city's audit committee to review the city's annual financial statements and any reports from independent auditors. (Ord. 07-503, 4-17-2007)
