2-9-6: SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS:

Under the provision of Idaho Code 67-4612, the city of Rupert may provide by ordinance, special conditions or restrictions for the protection, enhancement and preservation of historic properties. (Ord. 804, 7-5-2000)
