The municipal utility deposit will be refunded to the customer in accordance with the following provisions:
A. Upon completion of twelve (12) consecutive months of good payment history with the city of Rupert (i.e., no penalties, disconnections, or late charges). Said refund may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit on the customer's monthly bill within the next six (6) month period following the completion of the said twelve (12) month period of good payment history. The move of any customer to a new address within the utility service area during the twelve (12) month period, so long as there are twelve (12) consecutive months from a customer's application date of good payment history between the separate addresses, shall not negate a refund or require an additional period of good payment history.
B. Upon termination of all municipal utility services and payments of all amounts owed. (Ord. 07-508, 12-4-2007)
