10-11-1: DEFINITIONS:
BILL: The statement of account for municipal utility services rendered by the city to a customer and due and payable to the city of Rupert by said customer.
CUSTOMER: Any person, firm, corporation, or entity to whom municipal utility services are rendered. (Ord. 07-508, 12-4-2007)
