10-7-16: INTERFERENCE WITH SYSTEM:

Any person who shall interfere with, molest or injure the waterworks system of the city or any part thereof shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any amount not to exceed the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) and costs of prosecution. (Ord. 731, 12-20-1994)
