A. Any person who cancels or solicits the cancellation of any traffic citation, in any manner other than is provided in this chapter shall be guilty of an offense under this title.
B. Every record of traffic citations required in this chapter shall be audited at least biannually by the appropriate fiscal officer of the city.
C. Such fiscal officer shall publish or cause to be published at least biannually a summary of all traffic violation notices issued by the police department and the disposition thereof in at least one local newspaper of general circulation. (1960 Code, Sec. 7-1710)
