9-8-8: CHIEF OF POLICE TO ISSUE LICENSES:

The chief of police of the city is hereby authorized and directed to issue upon written application bicycle licenses. Said licenses when issued shall entitle the licensee to operate the bicycle for which said license was issued within the city. (Ord. 08-503, 6-3-2008)
