9-7-1: SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals at intersections as provided in section 9-1-3 of this title. At all other places pedestrians shall be accorded privileges and shall be subject to the restrictions stated in this chapter and in chapter 4 of this title. (1960 Code, Sec. 7-1001)
