The following streets in the city are hereby designated as through streets:
8th Street
All that portion of H Street north of 8th Street
Scott Avenue
1st Street
A Street
The city may designate any other streets within the city as through streets by erecting stop or yield signs at the entrances thereto, and may designate any intersection as a stop or yield intersection by erecting like signs at one or more entrances to such intersection. (1960 Code, Sec. 7-1202)
