9-3-11: TURNING AROUND ON STREET:
No vehicle shall be turned around upon any street unless said vehicle shall first proceed to the next intersection and shall then make the turn, unless prohibited as provided in section 9-3-12 of this chapter. (1960 Code, Sec. 7-806)
