9-2-1: REQUIRED OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:

It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this title. Unless otherwise provided herein, any person violating any provisions of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 398, 6-6-1961; amd. 1977 Code)
