8-10-11: PENALTY:

Should any person, firm or corporation violate the terms and/or conditions of this chapter, or the permit issued pursuant thereto, such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 08-505, 6-3-2008)
