8-10-9: OFFICIALS TO BE NOTIFIED:

Immediately upon the granting of a permit for a parade or motorcade, the chief of police shall send a copy thereof to the following:

   A.   The mayor;

   B.   The city secretary;

   C.   The fire chief;

   D.   The director of general services; and
