8-1-5: REPORT OF CHIEF OF POLICE:

The chief of police shall make a written report at such times as the mayor and council shall require, giving a true account of arrests made, persons arrested and nature of offense charged, such reports to be made at any time when requested by the mayor and council. (1960 Code, Sec. 1-805)
