7-3-1: ADMISSION TO SWIMMING POOL, HEALTH CERTIFICATE:

The city, by its officers, employees or agents, may demand as a prerequisite to admission to the city's municipal swimming or wading pool, that any person seeking such admission present a health certificate issued not more than two (2) days previously by a physician duly licensed to practice medicine within the state of Idaho. (1960 Code, Sec. 8-301)
