7-2-4: JURISDICTION OF CHAPTER:
Under the authority of title 50, chapter 6, section 606, Idaho Code, jurisdiction for the enforcement of this chapter is hereby vested in the mayor of the city, over all places within five (5) miles of the corporate limits of the city. (1960 Code, Sec. 8-204)
