7-2-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this chapter is the exercise of the police power of the city in safeguarding and securing the health of the citizens and residents of the city by providing adequate rules and regulations pertaining to persons engaged in the handling of food and drink for public consumption, and to barbers and hairdressers.
