6-2-2: ENFORCEMENT:
The fire code hereby adopted shall be enforced by the chief of the fire department or other duly authorized state of Idaho fire inspector appointed by the chief for specific acts of enforcement. (Ord. 724, 2-1-1994; amd. Ord. 834, 1-1-2003)
