The commission is hereby required to combine all permits which may be required in this chapter and previously or subsequently adopted city ordinances which are relative to land development into one permit application procedure. In conjunction with a combined permit, the commission shall coordinate methods of approval with various utilities through the city public works director for the purpose of reducing errors and unnecessary delays in processing applications.
