4-12-13: STANDARDS FOR GRANTING PERMIT:

Standards and requirements for the issuance and granting of permits under this chapter shall be determined by design guidelines for city of Rupert's historic district. Such design guidelines shall be adopted by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 815, 11-20-2001)
