Within five (5) days after the date on which the commission adopts a resolution, the commission chairman shall mail a copy of the resolution to the applicant. All appeals taken from the determination of the commission shall be filed with the city administrator not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the mailing of the resolution of determination by the commission.
