4-12-10: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION REVIEWS; SUBJECT MATTER:
The commission shall base a review of an application for a development work permit upon the following:
   A.   The purpose of development work permits.
   B.   The purposes of the historical preservation district designation.
   C.   The standards for granting a permit as provided below. (Ord. 815, 11-20-2001)
