4-12-9: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION RESOLUTION:

The commission shall review an application for a development work permit and adopt a resolution either granting or refusing the permit. The commission shall take this action within twenty (20) days after the day on which the application was received from the commission chairman. (Ord. 815, 11-20-2001)
