Any person entitled to receive a permit shall make application to the City, giving a description of the work proposed to be done, location, ownership, occupancy and use of the premises. The City may require plans and specifications and such other information as may be deemed necessary and pertinent before granting a permit. Permit will issue when it is determined that the information given is in compliance with the Plumbing Code and the fees for the permit are paid. (1960 Code, Sec. 3-403)
