Any license issued under this chapter shall be subject to revocation by the city council for any of the following causes:
A. Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for license.
B. Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on his business.
C. Violation of any provision, rule or regulation of this chapter.
D. Violation of any ordinance or regulation of the city or the laws of the state.
Prior to said revocation, the permittee shall be afforded the opportunity to a due process hearing before the city council in conformance with the procedures set forth in subsections 3-11-5B and C of this chapter. (Ord. 726, 4-5-1994)
