This subchapter applies to any activity hosted in whole, or in part, by an appropriately permitted business, and which takes place outside the physical building of said business, and which may utilize a portion of a public sidewalk, alley, or parking lot as a part of a business related event. Such activities may include small outdoor performances or demonstrations, fundraisers for a designated cause or non-profit, or similar activity.
