§ 52.078 ELECTRONIC REPORTING.
   The POTW Director may develop procedures for receipt of electronic reports for any reporting requirements of this chapter. Such procedures shall comply with 40 CFR Part 3. These procedures shall be enforceable under §§ 52.120 through 52.122.
