Licenses to sell alcoholic liquor at retail shall be the following classes:
A. Class C-1: Class C-1 entitles the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor in the original package only, for consumption off of the premises of a retail establishment where the sale of alcoholic liquor is not the principal business, but shall not authorize consumption on the premises.
B. Class C-2: Class C-2 entitles the licensee to sell beer and wine only, in the original package only, for consumption off of the premises of a retail establishment where the sale of beer and wine only is not the principal business, but shall not authorize consumption on the premises.
C. Class D-1: Class D-1 entitles the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor, by the drink or pitcher, as part of a restaurant business, for consumption on the premises only.
D. Class D-2: Class D-2 entitles the licensee to sell beer and wine only, by the drink or pitcher, as part of a restaurant business, for consumption on the premises only.
E. Class G: Class G entitles the licensee to sell alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on the premises by the drink or pitcher. A class G license shall only issue to a golf course. Any business claiming to be a golf course for purposes of this subsection must document, upon demand, that more than fifty percent (50%) of its gross receipts is derived from golf related activities, as distinguished from alcoholic liquor.
F. Class H: Class H entitles the licensee to sell, at a hotel, alcoholic liquor at retail for consumption on the premises.
G. Class S-1: Class S-1 entitles the licensee to sell, at a "special theater site", as defined in section 4-1-2 of this chapter, alcoholic liquor, by the drink or pitcher, at retail for consumption on the premises.
H. Class S-2: Class S-2 entitles the licensee to sell, at a "special theater site", as defined in section 4-1-2 of this chapter, beer and wine only, by the drink or pitcher, at retail for consumption on the premises. (Ord. 774, 12-4-2000)
