4-1-1: NO SALE IN DRY AREAS:
No liquor license may be issued to any person or establishment located within any area of the village that has voted to prohibit the sale of alcohol pursuant to article IX of the liquor control act of 1934 1 . (Ord. 774, 12-4-2000)
