2-2-3: QUALIFICATIONS; COMPENSATION:

Each member of the board shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age, a citizen of the United States and a bona fide resident of the village. The member shall receive no remuneration or pay for his services nor shall the member be interested directly or indirectly in any contract in which the recreation board shall be a party. (Ord. 505, 3-2-1987)
