A. The recreation board shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the president, with the consent of the board of trustees.
B. The members of the recreation board shall be appointed for terms of five (5) years or until their successors are appointed and have qualified; except, that the members of the recreation board first appointed shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter.
C. Upon a vacancy occurring on the recreation board, the village president, with the approval of the board of trustees, shall appoint a successor to serve for the unexpired term. (Ord. 505, 3-2-1987)
