2-1-2: MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENT:

The planning commission shall consist of seven (7) members, citizens of the village, appointed by the village president, subject to confirmation by the board of trustees, on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on the planning commission and subject to the approval of the board of trustees. (1981 Code § 2.28.020; amd. 2012 Code)
