10-1-3: INTERPRETATION; CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
Every provision of this title shall be construed liberally in favor of the village, and every requirement imposed under this title shall be deemed minimal. Whenever the requirements of this title differ from the requirements of any other lawfully adopted ordinance, regulation, deed restriction, or covenant, the more stringent requirements shall prevail. (1981 Code § 17.04.030)
