A. Adoption Of Code: The Illinois plumbing code, which appears at 77 Illinois administrative code, part 890, is adopted. This code has been adopted by the Illinois department of public health pursuant to the authority granted in the Illinois plumbing license act, 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 320/0.01 et seq. All installations and modifications of plumbing services shall conform to this code. (Ord. 769, 8-21-2000)
B. Copies On File: The plumbing inspector shall keep on file in the village clerk's office three (3) copies of the plumbing code adopted in subsection A of this section, which shall be available for inspection. (1981 Code § 15.12.030; amd. 2012 Code)
