9-3-2: PERMIT REQUIRED:

Prior to any person constructing, remodeling, modifying or building a residence or other structure, such person shall first obtain a building permit. This building permit shall be in addition to any other permits or licenses required by law. (Ord. 549, 5-15-1989)
