8-3-7: OBSTRUCTING SEWERS PROHIBITED:

No person, firm, company or corporation shall place, throw or deposit any garbage, dead animal or obstruction of any kind whatsoever in any receiving basin or sewer or cause any such obstruction or substances to be placed so as to be carried into any receiving basin or sewer. (Ord. 635, 2-16-1993)
