A. Removal Or Tampering With Solid Waste; Unlawful Disposal:
1. No person shall remove, obtain, collect, go through, take or tamper with any waste, garbage, junk or property of another placed for collection in any street or alley, along the curb or in the right of way of a residence, business or government building.
2. No person who is not a resident of the Village shall dump, deposit, place or bring into the Village any waste, garbage, junk or personal property for collection by the Village or its agents at any location, whether at a residence, Village collection point or any other location in the Village. This Subsection shall not apply to persons bringing items to a landfill approved by the Village and when all applicable fees have been paid.
3. Persons or corporations guilty of violating this Subsection shall be subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 1068, 8-17-2020)
