5-2-2: SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY FOR COLLECTION:

All hauling of trash, rubbish, refuse, garbage, or other material similarly constituted shall be done under the supervision and direction of the Village, and all other types of collection and hauling of garbage, refuse, trash, rubbish and other material shall be prohibited. (Ord. 1068, 8-17-2020)
