5-1-4: NUISANCES PROHIBITED:

No building, vehicle, structure, receptacle, yard, lot, premise, or part thereof shall be made, used, kept, maintained or operated in the Village if such use, keeping or maintaining shall be dangerous or detrimental to the health, safety, general welfare, and/or economic welfare of the citizens of Village.
