It is unlawful for any person to create or cause any public nuisance within the Village, and to permit any public nuisance to exist on any property that the person owns, occupies, possesses or controls. Nothing in this Title 5 is intended to interfere with the lawful reasonable business activities within properly zoned areas or special business or residential activities specifically permitted or granted a special use by the Village.
