§ 111.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK DEALER. Any person, firm, corporation, or co-partnership whose business is that of purchasing, selling, exchanging, or receiving secondhand articles of any kind (steel, aluminum, copper, grass, lead pipe, tools, scrap metal, or plastics of any kind or description), or parts of machinery, and who keeps, stores, or deals in such articles in a yard, enclosure, building, or structure, or part of a building or structure, within the village.
   JUNK YARD. A junk dealer’s place of business; any single enclosure of property used for the purposes described within the definition of junk dealer, above; and if any junk dealer shall have more than one such JUNK YARD within the village, each shall be deemed a JUNK YARD in and of itself, and shall be subject as a separate JUNK YARD to the provisions of this chapter.
