§ 110.13 LIMIT ON NUMBER OF APPLICANTS PER PROPERTY.
   At no given time may any property owner allow or authorize more than two applicants to operate on any single parcel of property under this chapter. For the purposes of this chapter, a SINGLE PARCEL OF PROPERTY is defined as all adjoining parcels of property with any common owners without any regard to tax assessment or other records.
