§ 110.02 LICENSE REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   (1)   Any person who is an itinerant merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall obtain a license before engaging in such activity within the village. A copy of the license shall be attached to any structure utilized by the applicant, if any.
      (2)   If no structure is utilized, a copy of the license shall be kept on the applicant at all times, and shall be subject to the immediate inspection of the village upon demand.
   (B)   The fee for the license required by this chapter shall be as set from time to time by the Village Council.
   (C)   No license issued under this chapter shall be transferable.
   (D)   All licenses issued under this chapter shall expire, without action by the village or any other party, 30 days after the date of issuance thereof.
