§ 92.22 EMERGENCY ABATEMENT.
   The Village President may abate any such public nuisance, if the public safety or health requires immediate action, without preliminary order of the Village Council. Thereafter, the cost of abating the nuisance shall be charged against the premises and the owner thereof.
