(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, or fails to comply with, any provisions of § 91.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, or imprisoned for a period not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court. Each day that the violation continues is a separate violation for purpose of enforcement of this section.
